An advantage of this workflow is that if every team does this in the same way and in the same place, everyone within the organization will be speaking the same ‘language’. In addition to this, higher management will also be able to monitor the teams’ progress.

Monitoring progress of actions
An overview will enable you to see, at a glance, how many actions have been created within a team, and the percentage of these actions that have been completed. In practical terms this enables you to easily monitor the teams, and you can motivate the teams to register the agreed upon actions.
