LOGIT Effectory is now operating under the Effectory brand. This is the next step of the two companies’ integration, and a demonstration by the Effectory group that it is dedicated to servicing the German market.
LOGIT Effectory becomes Effectory
German consultancy LOGIT Management Consulting merged with Effectory, Europe’s leading SaaS provider for Employee Listening Solutions, in March 2018. Now that the two offices are even more closely aligned, the German office is now operating under the name Effectory. “We have already been offering our expertise in Germany for over 25 years. With the merger in 2018, many years of knowledge and data have been bundled, offering all customers additional added value. The current re-branding to a uniform brand identity is therefore the logical step in our further international expansion,” says Christian de Waard, Commercial Director at Effectory.
After a structural change the German team in Munich is now managed from Amsterdam – meaning that the two locations are part of one central organization. For this reason, Mathias Lutz Rackow, former General Manager of LOGIT Effectory, left the company at the end of September. Marketing, Sales, and Client Success remains in Germany, which means that German customers will continue to have dedicated contact persons. The integration further expands Effectory’s “tech & touch” offering, because it combines the company’s impressive SaaS solution, developed by the Amsterdam team, with the German team’s extensive consulting experience. Together, Effectory’s Dutch and German offices have a combined 40 years of experience to offer CHROs and managers of any sized company and team across Europe. Consequently, Effectory continues to drive growth in the German-speaking region.
Effectory, Europe’s leading provider of employee listening solutions, headquartered in Amsterdam, offers a range of SaaS feedback tools that enable companies to improve their success through continuous employee listening. With its easy-to-use employee feedback platform, Effectory aims to expand further in the pan-European market over the next few years, further strengthening its role as the European market leader for employee listening solutions.
